Our Team

Paul is the founder of Global Learning Inc. and the principal architect of LitART Literacy Partnership and the Infinite Schools Partnership. He has worked extensively with a wide range of educational programs including Title I, migrant education, Head Start, English as a second language, Comprehensive School Reform, Even Start family literacy programs, 21st Century Community Learning Centers, and rural education programs. Paul holds a Master's Degree in Education with a specialty in Curriculum and Instruction from Portland State University. He earned his Bachelor's of Science in Sociology and his teaching credential with an emphasis in multicultural education from the University of California at San Diego.

Paul has co-authored several national and regional evaluation reports including the North Central Regional Education Laboratory Comprehensive School Reform Evaluation (2000); National Evaluation of Head Start Family Child Care Homes (1997); the Washington State HB 2042 Reading Evaluation (1999); and the California Staff/Child Ratio Study of Public Child Care Centers (1993).

Meredith Jordan, Curriculum Design and Client Services

Meredith is a former pre-school teacher and is putting her love of reading and writing to use at Global Learning. She holds a bachelor's degree in English from UC Berkeley.

Laura Knollmeyer, Curriculum Design and Production

Laura is currently attending Portland State University to pursue her Bachelor of Arts in Community Development.  She has had previous experience being apart of mentoring programs including Big Brothers Big Sisters where she as been a Big Sister since last September.  Her career goals include participating in and creating programs that promote extended education for children in need of it.

Zach holds a bachelor's degree in English from the University of Colorado, Boulder. He specializes in training and supporting 21st Century Community Learning Centers, Title I, migrant education, English as a second language, and inner city programs.

 

 

 

 

Ericka PromoEricka Grogan, Curriculum Design and Client Services

Ericka attended the Art Institute of Portland.  She has co-authored several children's books including Bo Bug Discovers.
