Title: Training Specialist

The Client Services and Training Specialist will provide training and program support to school districts implementing the LitART Literacy Curriculum. Responsibilities include regular communication with clients, conducting training sessions for groups of up to 50 participants, conducting program observations, demonstrating teaching strategies with students, facilitating meetings, writing curriculum, entering data, and writing program reports.

You:

• Masters Degree
• Teaching experience in grades K-12
• Strong writing skills
• Deep knowledge of literacy and school improvement
• Willingness to travel frequently by air/car
